Minutes from downtown, Lake Austin is the best place to hang out in the city. See iconic Austin views breathtaking homes (that you’ll definitely want to move into), and eye-catching landscapes along the 22 miles of shoreline. Join in with the locals who enjoy year-round pontooning, wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing, jet skiing, and maybe even a hydrofoil or two. We’ll show you the best spots and promise that you’ll fit right in.

Lake Austin features great hang-out spots for families and friends. You’ll find restaurants on the lake where you can dock your boat up to some of Austin’s staples like Ski Shores, Mozarts Coffee Roasters, Able’s On The Lake, and Hulu Hut.

Our Lake Austin pickup spot is the 360 Boat Ramp, located right under the south side of Pennybacker bridge. There is paid parking at the ramp, which can be paid at the kiosk at $5 per person.
